"My daughter was really upset"
I ordered this dress hoping my daughter would love it, but the material turned out to be really itchy and she refused to wear it. I felt a bit left in the dark because I didn’t expect the fabric to feel that way based on the listing. It was disappointing, especially since she was so upset about it.

I ordered this dress for my daughter and overall it fit well!! The waist was just right, but the length was a little longer than I expected!!! Nothing major though, we just had to make a small adjustment. Still really happy with it!!

I was happy to find the dress I wanted was actually available in my size. So many sites show cute items and then you click in and everything is sold out, so this felt like a nice surprise. "Super easy exchange process"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress from trishscully.com and was kind of bracing myself for a whole return-process saga, but it was way easier than I expected. The steps were clear, and I didn’t have to send a million emails back and forth just to get it sorted out. They shipped the new size faster than I thought they would, and the refund for the extra item went through smoothly too. It definitely made me feel a lot more confident about ordering from them again.

"Wrong Item No Customer Service"

I received the wrong item. I called. They were going to ship correct item on Monday for 2-day delivery. Tuesday nothing had shipped. By Wednesday it shipped and was scheduled for Saturday delivery. My event is Saturday. Called Wednesday asked for a manager, hoping he could over night the item. Never received a call back. By Thursday the item is now showing a Monday delivery. The same customer service person was going to call FedEx and call me back. I’ve not heard a word. I spoke to the same person every time I called. No sense of urgency - except when taking my payment. No follow through. Do not do business with this company.

"Checkout Worked, But Don’t Expect a Payment Buffet"
Shopping on trishscully.com was smooth overall, but the payment options were just kind of... there. I guess I’ve been spoiled by other sites that offer every wallet, app, and “pay later because future me can deal with it” option under the sun.
To be fair, my payment went through without any drama, which is always nice because apparently that’s a luxury now. I just wish checkout had a bit more flexibility, since compared to a lot of other places I shop, it felt a little basic.

I found what I needed quickly and checkout was super simple. The pages loaded without any issues, the cart didn’t glitch, and I didn’t have to re-enter anything. Payment went through fast too. the only stress was my own bad timing because I was trying to order right before I had to leave. Overall, really easy shopping experience.

"Incomplete dress and terrible customer service"

I was very excited to get my daughter’s baptism dress and shoes. It came super fast so that was nice, however, it arrived without the belt set and their shoe size run big so they didn’t fit. I immediately reached out to them and asked them to send me the belt set and if I could exchange the shoes as their size chart is not accurate, the guy I spoke to, said they will ship the belt set immediately but that I should pay the $15 handling fee to exchange the shoes, or send an email so the manager hears my case and waives the fee, even though, it was a mistake on their part. Long story short, they never sent the belt dress, even after reaching out to them 1000 times by email and by phone (same guy every time) and after explaining that my daughter needed it ASAP. Every time their response was the same, nothing specific to my case and concern, their reply was “we will do our best to ship it”. I finally asked 3 days prior to my daughter’s baptism, is it ever going to arrive? To what they finally gave me an actual answer, it will be shipped next week. Needless to say I requested a refund, returned everything went to Dillards and got my daughter a beautiful dress and shoes. Horrible company and they obviously don’t care about making it right. I’ll never buy from them again.

I tried using a promo code that clearly said 20% off, but when I checked out, it only took off a small amount. It wasn’t a huge deal money-wise, but it felt a bit misleading. If a discount is advertised, I think it should be applied and clearly...

I ordered from trishscully.com and, it was better than I expected, which I guess is a compliment in itself. The site looks cute and the items did match the photos well, but I wouldn’t say there was enough info on there to make me feel instantly confident about buying.

Shipping was okay, not exactly speedy, and customer service did get back to me eventually, so points for that. I don’t think it’s a scam or anything, but it has that “nice enough, just don’t go wild on your first order” kind of vibe

I usually assume there’s going to be at least one small mix-up with online orders, but this one was right from the start. The dress was the exact one I picked, in the right size and color, and nothing was missing. it’s just nice when the pattern breaks and something shows up correct the first time.

"Cute items, but the wait was frustrating"
The stuff I got was really cute, so I’m happy with that part. But the delivery took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. It finally showed up, just not when I needed it to, which was annoying because I had planned to use it for that thing. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely kind of frustrating.
